A once nostalgic colonial home located in the coveted, North Kessler Manor, has now become a modernist’s vision. Notes of french/gothic architecture in a now, minimalistic space, forges a second to none contrast between the two approaches. A once antiquated traditional space is now a dreamy, angular, asymmetrical composition with a minimalist objective in mind. A strictly rational use of materials + palette, allows light to bounce & fluidly move throughout the space. A 17 ft. natural stone fireplace, living at a slight 9 degree angle, reciprocating that of the countertop in the kitchen, gives warmth to the great room. The space is illuminated with George Nelson’s classical light treatment, a pillar of contemporary design. The kitchen is set up with professional grade appliances, wrapped in timeless quartz countertops & backsplash. Relish under the vaulted ceilings of this re-envisioned modern space.

A modernist's vision on a bungalow, tucked away on Park Ave., in the heart of Broad Ripple. A bold exterior, rich in color, wraps minimal lines & industrial vibes in the interior. Concrete & metals, along with a variety of oaks, create the perfect juxtaposition with soft green hues of the surrounding landscape. Full of natural light & calculated fixtures, treats you to warm vibes & loads of tactile elements. Clay Rebber
_ Founder + Chief Creative
Clay is a passionate CCO with over 15 years of design and entrepreneurial experience. He brings a proven knowledge of design direction, product and brand vision, creative marketing strategies, communication and cultural development. He continued his study of design at Ball State University and spent his initial years building a tech firm. Clay spends his time continuing to build modHAUS, a digital design studio with an emphasis in brand/product development and building start-ups within design centric industries. He also has an affinity to cars, sports, pizza and spending time with his growing family.

Joe Rebber
_ Founder + Veteran Architect
Joe is a veteran architect with over 40 years of experience. He has a passion/desire to design buildings that not only exceed client expectations but “work” in every aspect – including profitability, design, detailing and lack of errors. He desires perfection from the drawing board to the field, with a main interest in putting buildings together and following a project through, from initial conception to construction completion. Joe semi-retired from American Structurepoint in 2023 after spending the majority of his career with BSA Lifestructures. Joe has been spending his time traveling, golfing, driving his cars & spending time with family.
